Print Quality & Custom Orders Policy
We take pride in producing high-quality print products and do our best to ensure every order meets professional standards. However, due to the nature of custom printing, occasional imperfections may occur.
If you experience a print quality issue or receive a damaged item, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery by emailing clear photos of the issue to info@ronrussprint.com. Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Because all custom orders are produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns on custom-made or print-on-demand products.
Replacements or exchanges are offered only in cases of verified print defects or damage during production or delivery.
When submitting your own artwork, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
- File dimensions are set to the correct final size
- Colours are prepared correctly for print
- Images are high resolution and print-ready
We are not responsible for issues related to artwork setup, low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, or colour variations resulting from supplied files.
