04. What file format do you accept for printing?We accept many file format base on individual printing needs. Some common file include PDF, PNG, A.I, EPS. If your file doesn't work our team will reach out to you.

05. Can you help with design services or do I need to provide my own artwork?We encourage everyone to have a design, however if you don't we can help you with designing for a fee. Starting rate for design $45.00, can be more base on complex or time it will take to complete.

08. Can you assist with rush orders or expedited printing services?We can assist you with rush orders at 25% of your cost before tax.

10. What is your policy regarding corrections or changes after a job has been submitted?We do not print your order before confirmation. We send a confirmation email always before final print. Our print shop will not be responsible for anyone order, if they do not review final file properly before confirm for printing. You are responsible to stand the cost for any reprint that is needed.
