  • 04. What file format do you accept for printing?
    We accept many file format base on individual printing needs. Some common file include PDF, PNG, A.I, EPS. If your file doesn't work our team will reach out to you.
  • 05. Can you help with design services or do I need to provide my own artwork?
    We encourage everyone to have a design, however if you don't we can help you with designing for a fee. Starting rate for design $45.00, can be more base on complex or time it will take to complete.
  • 06. What type of printing options do you offer (e.g., digital, offset, large format)?

  • 08. Can you assist with rush orders or expedited printing services?
    We can assist you with rush orders at 25% of your cost before tax.
  • 09. How do I submit my print job? Online, in-store, or via email?

  • 10. What is your policy regarding corrections or changes after a job has been submitted?
    We do not print your order before confirmation. We send a confirmation email always before final print. Our print shop will not be responsible for anyone order, if they do not review final file properly before confirm for printing. You are responsible to stand the cost for any reprint that is needed.
  • 11. Do you provide proofs before finalizing the print job?
    Yes. There will be a confirmation email sent to you before we print.
  • 12. Are there any additional fees, such as setup charges or delivery costs?

  • 13. What is your policy on returns or refunds if there's an issue with the printed materials?
    We do our best to complete job on specific time on or before due date. If there is any issue with our work we are willing to reprint. Or offer discount on your next order.
