Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut?

Die-cut stickers are cut all the way through, so each one comes as its own piece in the shape of your design. Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the sticker only, so they stay on a backing sheet and you peel them off.

Vinyl or paper?

Vinyl is waterproof and UV-resistant, made for bottles, laptops, cars and outdoor use. Paper is not waterproof but costs less, and it is a good fit for dry packaging and envelopes.

How fast can I get my die-cut stickers?

Standard turnaround is 3 to 7 business days once your file is final and payment is complete. Need them sooner? Choose Next Business Day or Same Day above and the price updates before you pay. Rush is available up to 2,500 stickers. If you are ordering rush, please make sure your file is correct, since proofs are not always sent on rush jobs.

What file should I send, and will I see a proof?

Send a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with 1/8″ bleed, sized to your sticker. Want to see it before we print? Choose the digital proof option ($7.50) and we will email you a proof within 1 business day. No design yet? Our team can create it for a design service fee.

Can I pick up my order in Brampton?

Yes. Pick up from 30 Rambler Drive, Unit 9, Brampton (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 12pm to 4pm), or we ship across Canada with tracking.

Design Guidelines

Getting your file ready

Follow these steps and your stickers will print and cut cleanly. Download our free guide to see the bleed, cut line and safe zone at actual size.

Download the artwork guide (PDF)

  • Send a print-ready PDF at your exact sticker size, at 300 DPI.
  • Add 1/8" of bleed on every side so no white edge shows after cutting.
  • Keep text, logos and QR codes at least 1/8" inside the cut line.
  • For custom shapes, include your cut line as a separate layer named CutContour. No cut line? We follow the outline of your design with a small border.
  • Use CMYK colours where you can. Very bright RGB colours can print a little duller.
  • Clear vinyl prints without white ink, so white and very light colours will not show.
  • Holographic shows its shimmer through light areas, so bold designs with open space work best.
  • Paper stickers are not waterproof. Choose vinyl for bottles, fridges and outdoor use.
