Our pop-up business cards (also called 3D fold-out, foldable die-cut or interactive business cards) are cut and creased into any shape and fold together into a mini 3D display: a burger for a restaurant, a house for real estate, a pizza box, a gift box, a butterfly, a shirt for a clothing brand, or a gatefold that opens to reveal your offer and QR code.
Every card is cut and creased on our own digital equipment in Brampton, so any shape is included in the price with no die charges.

Frequently asked questions
What shapes can you make?
Any shape that folds: burgers, pizza slices, houses, gift boxes, butterflies, shirts, cups, gatefolds and more. Send your artwork with the cut lines and fold lines marked, or tell us your idea and we will set up the cut and crease lines.
Do the cards come assembled?
They arrive flat, fully cut and creased along every fold line. Each card folds together by hand in a few seconds, and shipping them flat keeps them crisp and stops them from being crushed in transit.
What sizes are available?
Flat sizes are 2″ x 6″, 3″ x 6″ and 3″ x 8″. The folded size depends on your design. Need something else? Request a quote.
How fast can I get them?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days once your artwork is final and payment is complete. Next business day and same day production are available: choose your turnaround above and the price updates before you pay. Same day is available on orders up to 500 cards. Weekends, holidays and artwork changes can affect timing. See our rush printing page.
What file should I send, and will I see a proof?
Send a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with 1/8″ bleed on every side, and keep text at least 1/8″ inside the trim. For shaped cards, include your cut line as a separate spot-colour path (or tell us the shape and we will create it). Proofs are available on request or when you use our design service (a design fee applies).
Can you print in my language?
Yes. We print designs in English, French, Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Patois and any other language or script. Send your finished artwork and we will print it exactly as supplied.
Can I pick up my order in Brampton?
Yes. Pick up from our shop at 30 Rambler Drive, Unit 9, Brampton (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 12pm to 4pm). We also ship across Canada with tracking. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
