Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final once production has begun.

1. Custom Orders

• All custom printed items (including signs, banners, apparel, decals, and promotional products) are non-refundable and non-returnable after artwork approval.

• Refunds will not be issued for customer errors, including spelling, sizing, color choices, or file quality.

2. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only before production starts.

• Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a production error:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order

• Clear photos must be provided for review

• Approved issues may be reprinted or credited at our discretion

4. Shipping Issues

• Ron Russ Print is not responsible for shipping carrier delays

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds
