Because every product is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not sell stock or non-custom items online.
1. Custom orders
- All custom printed items (signs, banners, apparel, decals, stickers, packaging and promotional products) are non-refundable and non-returnable after artwork approval.
- Refunds are not issued for customer errors, including spelling, sizing, colour selection or file quality. Please review your proof carefully before approving it.
2. Order cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before production starts. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
3. Defective or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged or has a production error (misprint, wrong size, or wrong colour from what was approved), we will make it right:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected] or (905) 459-2269.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We review every claim within 2 business days.
- Approved claims are reprinted at no charge, including shipping on the replacement. If a reprint is not possible, we issue a refund or store credit for the affected items to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please keep the original items until your claim is resolved; we may ask for them to be returned to us at our expense.
4. Shipping issues
- Ron Russ Print is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. Tracking is provided on every shipped order.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or free reprint.
- Lost or damaged-in-transit shipments: contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier and reprint or refund as described above.
5. Pickup orders
- Please inspect your order at pickup. Issues noticed after leaving the shop must be reported within 48 hours.
