How an embroidery order works
Send your logo
Request a quote and upload your logo. A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best, but a clear PNG works too.
Choose your items
Tell us the garments, colours, sizes and quantities. Not sure what to pick? We will suggest options that suit your logo and budget.
Approve your proof
We convert your logo into a stitch file and send a proof showing placement and thread colours. Nothing is stitched until you approve it.
Pick up or ship
Collect your order at our Brampton shop, or have it shipped. We confirm your turnaround with your quote.

Common questions about custom embroidery
How much does custom embroidery cost?
Price depends on the item, the quantity, and the size and detail of your logo. Send us a quote request with those details and we will reply with a price.
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest result. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest, clearest version you have and we will let you know if it works.
What is digitizing?
Embroidery machines cannot read a regular image file, so your logo is converted into a stitch file first. This is done once per logo; any setup cost is included in your quote.
Can you embroider small text or very detailed logos?
Very fine text and tiny details can blur in thread. If your logo has small elements, we will suggest a size or a simplified version that stitches cleanly and show you on the proof.
Do you embroider for businesses outside Brampton?
Yes. We serve Mississauga, Vaughan, Caledon, Milton, Oakville and the rest of the GTA, and we can ship orders across Canada.

Yes. We offer design services and can create or clean up a logo so it is ready to embroider.
