Frequently asked questions
Which material should I choose?
Ceramic has a glossy, classic finish. Aluminum is lightweight and almost unbreakable, great for kids and shipping. Slate has a rustic, natural stone edge that looks beautiful with family photos.
Can I print on both sides?
The price shown is for one printed side. Two-sided ornaments are available on request for an extra charge, just ask for a quote.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. The price per piece drops automatically as you choose a larger quantity above. Need more than 100? Request a bulk quote and we will price it for you.
How long does it take?
Production is 7 to 10 business days once your artwork is approved and payment is complete. Need it for a specific date? Call 905-459-2269 or WhatsApp 416-832-5877 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
What file should I send, and will I see a proof?
