Will my slate look exactly like the photo?
Each slate is a natural stone, so the texture and edge shape vary slightly. That is part of the charm. Bright, well-lit photos give the best result on slate.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. The price per piece drops automatically as you choose a larger quantity above. Need more than 25? Request a bulk quote and we will price it for you.
How long does it take?
Production is 7 to 10 business days once your artwork is approved and payment is complete. Need it for a specific date? Call 905-459-2269 or WhatsApp 416-832-5877 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
What file should I send, and will I see a proof?
Send a high-resolution JPG, PNG or PDF (photos should be at least 1500 pixels wide). Logos work best as PDF, SVG or AI files. We check every file before production, and proofs are available on request or when you use our design service (a design fee applies).
Can you print or engrave in my language?
Yes. We personalize in English, French, Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Patois and any other language or script, including Gurmukhi, Devanagari, Arabic, Tamil and Chinese characters. Send your finished artwork and we will reproduce it exactly as supplied.
Can I pick up my order in Brampton?
Yes. Pick up from our shop at 30 Rambler Drive, Unit 9, Brampton (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 12pm to 4pm). We also ship across Canada with tracking. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
