Frequently asked questions
What sizes are available?
Choose 4″ x 6″ or 5″ x 7″. Both fit in a standard envelope for mailing. Need another size or a shaped magnet, like a house? Request a quote.
How long do magnetic calendars take?
Magnetic calendars take 7 to 9 business days once your artwork is final and payment is complete. Rush is not available on magnets, so order early for the holiday season.
What file should I send, and will I see a proof?
Send a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with 1/8″ bleed on every side. Print-ready files go straight into production, so please check every date, holiday and spelling. Proofs are available on request or when you use our design service (a design fee applies).
Can you print in my language or add our holidays?
Yes. We print in English, French, Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Patois and any other language or script, and your calendar can show the holidays and festivals that matter to you and your customers: Diwali, Vaisakhi, Eid, Lunar New Year, Hanukkah, Christmas, Caribbean and statutory holidays. Send your finished artwork and we will print it exactly as supplied.
Can I pick up my order in Brampton?
Yes. Pick up from our shop at 30 Rambler Drive, Unit 9, Brampton (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 12pm to 4pm). We also ship across Canada with tracking. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
