Frequently asked questions

What can I use branded paper bags for?

Stores: exit bags and pickup orders. Online orders: curbside and delivery bags. Events: trade shows and launch events. Add a branded seal sticker to close each bag.

Are these child-resistant packaging?

No. These are retail exit bags for carrying purchases. They do not replace the regulated packaging your products come in.

Can you print seal stickers too?

Yes. See our custom stickers and roll labels, or add a note to your order and we will quote matching seal stickers.

What file should I send, and will I see a proof?

Send a high-resolution PDF, JPG or PNG. Logos work best as PDF, SVG or AI files. We check every file before printing. No design yet? Our team can create it for a design service fee.

Can I pick up my order in Brampton?

Yes. Pick up from 30 Rambler Drive, Unit 9, Brampton (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 12pm to 4pm), or we ship across Canada.
