Frequently asked questions
Can I order one at a time for each closing?
Yes. Order a single board whenever a deal closes, or order in bulk and send us the family names as you need them.
What should I engrave?
Most agents use their logo with Welcome Home, the family name and the year or address. We can lay it out for you.
How long does it take?
Production is 7 to 10 business days once your artwork is approved and payment is complete. Need it for a specific date? Call 905-459-2269 or WhatsApp 416-832-5877 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
What file should I send, and will I see a proof?
Send a high-resolution JPG, PNG or PDF. Logos work best as PDF, SVG or AI files. We check every file before production, and proofs are available on request or when you use our design service (a design fee applies).
Can you print in my language?
Yes. We personalize in English, French, Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Patois and any other language or script, including Gurmukhi, Devanagari, Arabic, Tamil and Chinese characters.
