Is there a setup fee for my logo?
No. There are no setup or screen fees. Send your logo as a PDF, SVG, AI or high-resolution PNG and we will print it as supplied.
Can you add each client’s or employee’s name?
Yes. Add a different name to each tumbler at no extra charge. Upload a list with your order.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. For company orders, call 905-459-2269 and we can set up an invoice or quote.
How long does it take?
Production is 7 to 10 business days once your artwork is approved and payment is complete. Need it for a specific date? Call 905-459-2269 or WhatsApp 416-832-5877 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
What file should I send, and will I see a proof?
Send a high-resolution JPG, PNG or PDF. Logos work best as PDF, SVG or AI files. We check every file before production, and proofs are available on request or when you use our design service (a design fee applies).
Can you print in my language?
Yes. We personalize in English, French, Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Patois and any other language or script, including Gurmukhi, Devanagari, Arabic, Tamil and Chinese characters.
Can I pick up my order in Brampton?
Yes. Pick up from our shop at 30 Rambler Drive, Unit 9, Brampton (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 12pm to 4pm). We also ship across Canada with tracking.
