Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum is 6 boxes. Order 6 for a small team or a hundred for the whole company. Volume pricing applies automatically in your cart: 10+ boxes save 5% and 25+ boxes save 10%. Need 50 or more, or want to change what goes inside? Request a quote.
How do T-shirt sizes work?
After checkout we email you to confirm the T-shirt size for each box. Ordering for a team? Send us your size list and we will match each shirt to the right person.
How fast can I get my gift boxes?
Standard production is 5 to 7 business days once your logo is approved and payment is complete. Need them sooner? Call 905-459-2269 or WhatsApp 416-832-5877 and we will check what is possible.
What logo file should I send, and will I see a proof?
Upload your logo with your order as a PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG. We send a digital proof before production and nothing is made until you approve it. Need your logo cleaned up? We can help (a design fee applies).
Can you add each recipient’s name?
Yes. To put each person’s name on their mug or tumbler, tick the personalization option ($4 per box) and send your name list after checkout.
Can I pick up or do you ship?
Both. Pick up from our shop at 30 Rambler Drive, Unit 9, Brampton (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 12pm to 4pm), or we ship across Canada with tracking. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
What if an item is out of stock?
Every box is made to order. If an item is unavailable, we swap in one of equal or greater value and show it on your proof before anything is produced.
