Planning a 30th, 40th, 50th, Sweet 16 or 75th? Our birthday seating chart display welcomes guests in style and gets everyone to the right table. The set includes three coordinated free-standing boards in staggered heights, designed around your party theme and colours.
What’s included
- Three custom-printed foam boards in staggered heights: a welcome sign, a seating chart with your guest list, and a feature sign with the name, age and date
- 5mm foam board, single-sided print
- Cardboard easel on the back of each board, so it stands on its own with no extra easels needed
- Best for indoor venues
- Free shipping across Canada. Boards are shipped folded to protect them in transit.
Which size do I need?
Text size depends on your guest count and the display size, so choose based on your guest list:
- Under 100 guests: 4 ft display minimum
- 100–200 guests: 5 ft minimum
- 200–300 guests: 6 ft minimum
- 300–400 guests: 7 ft minimum
- More than 400 guests? Request a quote and we’ll size it for you.
Smaller party with no assigned seating? Swap the seating chart for a photo board or party schedule. Just tell us when you send your template.
How ordering works
- Choose your bundle size and check out.
- Get your template. Within 1 business day, we’ll email you our seating chart template.
- Add your guests. Fill in your guest names by table and email it back within 24 hours.
- Approve your proof. Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- We print and ship. Printed in-house at our Brampton, Ontario studio.
Please use our template only, since it keeps your layout print-ready. Delays in sending your template or approving your proof will push back your ship date.

- Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. More revisions are available for an extra fee.
- Watch your inbox (including spam) for your template and proof. Late replies may require upgraded shipping to arrive on time.

What file should I send, and will I see a proof?
Send a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with 1/8″ bleed on every side, and keep text at least 1/8″ inside the trim. Print-ready files go straight into production, so please check spelling, dates and details before you order. Proofs are available on request or when you use our design service (a design fee applies).
Can you ship Custom Birthday Seating Chart Display – 3-Piece Free-Standing Foam Board Set, or do I pick it up?
Both. Pick up from our shop at 30 Rambler Drive, Unit 9, Brampton (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 12pm to 4pm). We also ship across Canada with tracking on items up to 48 inches on any side; larger signs are local pickup only. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
